Loudspeaker License
When an application for loud speaker License is submitted by any member of the public or an Organization or a Corporation to the police officer in charge of the concerned police station, decision thereon shall be taken according to the provisions contained in section 162 of the Mumbai Police Act, stipulating terms and conditions along with necessary restrictions in respect of time, a day prior to the commencement of the programme.

Temporary Premises License for conducting Entertainment Programme
After an application is submitted in the office of the District Magistrate in the rural areas and in the office of the Commissioner of Police in Commissionerates areas and on receipt of a report in that regard from the local police the applicant shall be granted this license within 3 days.

License for Procession
On an application being made by the applicant to the officer in charge of the police station concerned in the rural areas and to the Assistant Commissioner of Police concerned in the Commissionerate, a decision in the same shall be taken a day earlier of the commencement of the programme.

License for Firecrackers
Applicant should apply for this license to the District Magistrate in the rural areas and to the Commissioner of Police in Commissionerate areas. Decision on the same shall be taken within a period of 15 days after the receipt of the application along with necessary documents.
